Our History

A history of excellence

Brothers William, Robert, and David Baratka founded Phillips Plating over 45 years ago with a commitment to providing excellent products and exceptional service to our clients. Our Diamond of Excellence has symbolized that commitment since the beginning. It represents strength, clarity, beauty, and our drive to be the best we can each and every day.

Over the years, thanks to a dedicated staff and hard work, their vision was realized. These days, the next generation of the family is proud to continue the mission that our founders set forth.

We’re still led by the principles the Diamond of Excellence stands for. The modern, streamlined diamond in our logo reminds us of them every day, while at the same time, encourages us to always look toward the future with an eye for innovation.

At Phillips Plating we’ve always believed everyone here is important to our operation’s success. Just like the town we call home, our company is made up of a tightly knit, committed group of people. It feels like family at Phillips Plating because our founders treated everyone like family, from employees, to vendors, to customers. It’s why some of our employees have been with us since the very beginning. And, it’s why so many of our clients put their trust in us.
